Some of Sheila’s career highlights include diverse experience in many roles where she excelled as CEO, Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Human Resources, and a senior-level executive of a multi-million dollar organization. Touting an increase in sales of over 739% over three years as a former Vice President of Business Development, Sheila is known for being dedicated not only to driving sales but also to expanding and solidifying any company’s presence in the federal marketplace. Throughout her career Sheila has established extensive industry relationships which continue to serve her well today. A highly energetic, innovative and goal-driven executive, Sheila approaches each new business challenge from a uniquely innovative perspective, using creative problem solving and measured risk-taking strategies to drive consistent bottom line improvements. Her wealth of expertise includes working with companies ranging from small scale start–ups to mid and large size corporations, with particular strengths in sales, marketing, team building and corporate branding.

Additionally, Sheila serves on the board of various non-profit organizations throughout the state. She is an active member of various defense industry associations such as the NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association), AUSA (Association of the United States Army), and NCMA (National Contract Management Association). She is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the NAVAIR-Lakehurst Small Business Roundtable and is the Education and Professional Development Chair of WID (Women in Defense) LC.

Sheila’s significant experience in the defense industry as well as her innate ability to lead, train and inspire organizations have brought her unparalleled success and made her a desirable name in the industry. Because of Sheila’s commitment to bolstering small businesses, her qualifications have led her to a current role as the NJIT-PTAC Lead Procurement Specialist for the Southern Region of New Jersey where she provides government procurement counseling and training to over 300 businesses. Sheila is also an active member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she has served on the Government Affairs Board, Political Action Committee, Economic Development Board, Ambassadors, and the Military Council.

With an innate understanding of how to successfully remain true to an organization’s core values while ensuring adherence to a real-life business model, Sheila is passionate about the various organizations she has supported over the past 30+ years in the non-profit sector. She is committed to the empowerment of others, especially our youth and community, and has served in various board and outreach roles, acting as chair in several capacities, facilitating grants, fund raising, and more. With over 20 years of experience as a program director, committee chair and youth leader for various schools, churches and organizations, Sheila has been a mentor to over 100 young people and is a sought-after motivational speaker.

Her dedication to serve, coupled with a personal credo of using influence effectively, has placed her at the forefront of many initiatives from being board chair and facilitator of a summer internship program for at-risk youth to the development of a community-based parenting program and serving as chairperson of a nationally televised political summit. Her substantial experience includes facilitating, planning and managing corporate and non-profit events, including annual fundraisers, national conferences, corporate meetings, sporting events, corporate celebrations, and retreats.

Along with a degree in business, Sheila holds numerous business certifications and accreditations (both in her industry and in her community). Sheila is a native of Cherry Hill, NJ and currently resides in Merchantville, NJ with her husband and son.
